Hi,
When doing seated DB shoulder presses I would usually use the seat with a bit on incline.
I recently tried using a chair that was 90 degree straight up but I found that I couldn't bring my arms straight up.
I could only get my arms all the way if I tilted them forwards towards the ground.

Just wondering, why is this?
Is my body too tight or just different for everybody...

Your rotator cuffs are tight, and you lost range of motion in the shoulders. You probably need some corrective exercises and soft tissue work. Internal and external rotation, and face pulls (high row) would be good. Change vertical pull from wide grip to medium or narrow, and add bent-over or prone laterals (like the lateral raise but either bent over or laying prone on an incline bench). That should build up rear delts.

A foam roller for the upper back, and a lacrosse ball for the shoulders helps.

Me too. My ROM never got nearly that bad, but it was limited. Mostly I just had shoulder pain. Strengthening my rotator cuffs and loosening them up helped a lot.

Sorry mr.ironman but some thing u say it i can't understand it
Mr.silhorn say he can't straighten his arms and your answer tell his rotator cuff is tight why this?
Because i know that suprspaintus muscle raise your arms till 30 dgree and supscaplaries doing internal rotation and nfrspaintus doing extrnal rotation???

Tight rotator cuffs decrease shoulder mobility and range of motion. That is only part of it though. He has weak rear delts, and needs to get them as strong as the front. Keep in mind the bottom position for the shoulder press involves being fully externally rotated.

Yes yes i understand you
But i have 2 comments
1- i see he hasn't any problem in his rotator cuff muscles because he can make behaind the neck position simply
2- could the problem in interior deltoid inflexbility or weak rear deltoid as you say
????

I mean he can rotate his arm externaly with no problem thus he can do it behaind the neck

Not necessarily. Nor should he-behind the neck presses put a lot of stress on the anterior rotator cuff.
