Otherwise, I'd just pick a time, and a weight, and go to town on one exercise. Either Snatches or Clean and Press for upper day, and swings for lower day. Do as many as you can easily get done in 10 minutes, say, with whatever rest you need, and work up. Start with 35 for snatches and 45 for two-handed swings. That's enough to get started, and it's both cadiovascular exercise and a good volume of lifting.
