Is there any right way for determining the order of exercises during a workout? For example in a Chest and Triceps workout, should one do all the Chest exercises together then work the Triceps, or mix them in together? Also, would it make sense to cluster together the most similar exercises (for example Chest Dips and Tricep Dips, or Bench Press and Incline Bench Press), or separate them?
If there's any articles out there on the optimal workout order (for whole body or split workouts) that would help too.
