I need help planning a pre-season strength and conditioning program for a QB.

These are the exercises I have right now:

Monday
-BB Hight Pull
-BB Push press
-DB shoulder press
-Pull-Ups
-Hammer Curls
-Up-down planks

Tuesday
BB deadlift
BB back squat
SL split squat
SL hip lifts
leg press
leg curls

Thursday
BB hang clean
BB power snatch
DB arnold press
Lat pull down
OH triceps extension
Russian twists w/ med ball

Friday
BB Jump Shrug
BB front squat
BB lunge
BB side lunges
Glute ham raise
BB standing calf raise

Can anybody think of other exercises that I need to include? Should I put in bench pressing?

I'm not the most knowledgeable about football, but that looks like a pretty good program to me. You have a lot of exercises in there, so don't do too many sets too close to the first game. Be sure to prioritize practice and not let the weights interfere. Bench press would probably be a good addition. You might want some sort of sled type of thing, like a prowler. You don't normally think of that for a QB, but it could improve his running game.
