Hi dudes! Every winter, I get small white dots between fingers (that loose skin between them) and it goes away immediately when I apply ordinary hand cream. But I was thinking, is there any way to improve hydratation of hands? Maybe some vitamins (fruit) or something, or maybe I need better circulation?
How do you deal with your hands during winter? I wasn't wearing gloves this winter because it was warm, so that sped up this.
I know that you guys have many healthy advices so just to give this a try
