I'm a figure competor from New Zealand, so as you would know I'm very passionate and serious about about bodybuilding, so if anyone could advise me with my issue, I would much appreciate your time and personal advise.
When performing bicep curls, b/b curls, any type of isolation bicep exercises, my right shoulder and right trap is lifting up towards my ear, like I'm doing a shrug, I do experience a slight pain I my right forearm, Ive never had this problem before.
When doing chin ups, pull ups, lateral pull downs etc, no pain is felt in right arm
Please help as I'm getting ready for a show in August 2014 and don't want this to hold me back from hitting the stage.
I do get regular massaging once a week, not that she is sure what the problem is apart from stress she says, I'm relaxed and wanting to train heavy and hard and improve
I do get pain in my scalene muscles on the left side, but doesn't stop me from doing any type of exercises
