Hey guys, i have done a lot of reading about the subjects i will need help on and all this information has not been good to me.
Long story short, i have been stuck on 93kg for 3 weeks now. Last week i started doing carb cycling to add to my intermediate fasting.
The carb cycling brings my 1st question.
I saw a lot of different programs on how to carb cycle and then just picked a random one.
Basically it is 200-150-100-50 cycle. Should i keep my fat intake the same so my caloric deficit will be huge on those low carb days?

2ndly. At my current weight my max caloric intake is 2500kcal.
I find it hard to believe that i should reduce it even further because from all the calculators i have used, they state that my maintenance is like 3300-3600.
I really did not want to try reduce my caloric intake even further because i do feel it is pretty low as it is.
What are your ideas on this, from what you know and your experience.

Hope you guys can clear this clouded mind of mine.

Protein and fat are usually kept fairly constant while cycling carbs.

If maintenance is 33-3600 then 2500 is not far off a fat loss level. 20% is the typical reduction.

What calculator are you using? Please provide a link. The name you gave doesn't bring up anything meaningful in Google.

I just typed caloric calculator and used several to get that average .
I lost almost 4kg with being in this caloric deficit. Those were the first weeks.
