Post subject:  Amount of Calorie Burn

Hello, I don't exercise for hour usually I do basic exercise that is stretching and few push up. Moreover, I eat mostly carbohydrate foods. I want to know how many calorie will burn in fifteen minutes exercise?

Although stretching will burn only marginally more calories than sitting or standing, anaerobic exercise including calisthenics such as push-ups and air squats may continue to burn calories hours after exercise.

If you decide to increase the intensity or duration of your exercise sessions, do so progressively.
