Here’s a Personal Trainer, Motivator, and Vital Signs Examiner all in one. And it goes on your wrist.

It prescribes exercises, tracks weight, set and reps. Monitors heart rate, BMI, and your current level of “relaxation” for better recovery.

I wonder if it’ll buzz at you loudly to get that last rep out? Or maybe give you a little shock to get you past a sticking point while displaying a message of “It’s All You”. :lol:

Now, if it would just mix up the post workout shake......

Don't knock it - the image they chose to display has someone squatting 60kg for 2 sets of 8-12 reps. That's not bad, it could have been "leg extensions, 3 sets of 12-15" but it's squats.

Honestly, if they could create a rep/round counter for my Tabatas, I'd buy it. Nothing like fatigue to mess with counting. I'm only jealous of folks with workout partners when it's time to do a Tabata workout and I've got to track rounds, time, and reps per round while I'm trying to kick my ass pushing my workout.
