well, i do about 1 hr cardio, 1 hr weighlifting per dau for 6 out of 7 days with friday off... this is a tennis orientated workout..


And i basically i want to add 1 hr more on weekends, and i want to do more explosive stuff, however i dont know many workouts for this... i mean just for upper, i do a bit of lower plyometrics during the cardio in the morning...

So you're looking for exercises to develop upper body explosiveness? If that's the case there are -

clap pushups
depth pushups
bench press throws
rebound bench press
and about a thousand drills with a medicine ball
