Thursday 12th July

AM
60 minute flat pace on the road bike. Didn't feel as though I was working particularly hard, not a very good session :(

PM
Circuit (another circuit, but I have limited equipment at the moment.

100 Bent over rows with 30kg barbell
20 Get up with 10kg
100 Push ups
20 Get up with 10kg
100 KTC sit up
20 Get up with 10kg
100 Squats (body weight)
20 Get up with 10kg

hard work :)

Run, 60mins Hilly hard. No idea of the distance 9-10 miles.
