I finally lifted. It was chest and triceps day heres the results.
bench press 1 x 12 reps 225 lbs
1 x 10 reps 225
1 x 8 reps 225
I'm lifting 225 to gain strength and endurance for lifting that weight i eventually want to be able to lift 225 30 times if im lucky haha Also one of my spotters said my left arm was down some while lifting I'm going to have to correct that
Incline dbell bench press 1 x 12 65 lbs d bells
1 x 10 70 lbs d bells
1 x 8 75 lbs d bells
The last set here was amazing the last rep was so hard to push up thank god i had a spotter in case i needed it
pull overs 1 x 12 65 lb d bell
1 x 10 70 lb d bell
I know pull overs work the lats but i also feel it in the triceps thats why i think i incorporate that into my chest day
Machine butterflies 1 x 12 160 lbs
1 x 10 190 lbs
1 x 6 205 lbs
the reason i dropped to six was because the reps were extremely hard and a day later im feeling that work out in my biceps?
triceps press downs 1 x 12 70 lbs machine
1 x 10 85 lbs machine
at this point my triceps are pretty close to burned out....so yea the dips later i knew would kill me which they did
dips 8 unassisted ( all i could do by then )
7 with a small spot on the seventh
5 reps with a 55 lb spot assisted dip machine
overall i think it was an ok chest/triceps day i would just like to adjust this some i dont know maybe switch around workouts or something bis and back are today will post that tomorrow
