- walked home from work
- when i got home, my uncle was using my equipment so instead of working out right after getting home, i just did the abs exercises first
- 3x15 crunch
- 3x15 lying leg raise
- after finishing my pre workout cardio with the walk and abs exercises, my uncle was still using my equipment so i did some stretching
- after minutes of stretching, he was still using my equipment
- the cardio and stretches is useless now since i waited for a long time for him to finish his workout
- my turn
- 3x5x45 bench press
- 3x5x50 bent over row
- 3x5x70 bb squat
- 3x5x52.5 rdl
- man this day ruined my routine. i was supposed to workout immediately after getting home so that i can eat earlier and go to bed earlier but my uncle was using my equipment. i got no problem with him using it but he was using it at my time.

On a side note...CRUD! So tomorrow is my next workout day. Man, I don't like my new office mates. They're the kind of people who have "drinking" sessions every week. All of them, and I do mean ALL of them including my boss, drinks. I don't dislike them kind of people in general, but I just dislike those who force people to come. This is bad because:
1. I don't drink because I have gastro.
2. I am forced to come with them seeing that I am the new guy in the office and it would not look very good if I will not come with them. < I don't know if this applies to all nationalities or races but with Filipinos, this matters. Well, to most Filipinos but not me.
3. Because I am forced to come, I will be coming home late, therefore will be working out late, therefore will be eating dinner late, therefore will be sleeping late.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!! Sorry, just wanted to rant.

- no abs exercises today. i was not really feeling well that day. by the time i was about to do the ab exercises, i was really feeling groggy

- walked home from work

- no abs exercises today. i felt like this was an off day for me. i struggled through all of the exercises. it was drizzling when i walked home and i had no umbrella with me. i was fine walking but when i reached home and started working out, i just felt weak. i don't know if me walking in the rain had something to do with that. i also felt very hungry all of a sudden when i arrived home.
- so far, the exercise that i like most is the squat. on the flip side, the most difficult exercise is the bench press. any advice on the bench press?

- well, that's it for my squats. i don't have anymore plates to add until i get new ones. i'm going to have to do maybe single leg dumbbell squats or the exercises that peter and andy said.
- i think i'm going to take a week or two off. i've been working out for 2 and a half months now. the first one and a half month was for my previous workout where i did many sets, many reps, and repetitive type of exercises, 6x a week of more than an hour each session. the last month was used for mahler's program, 3x a week of about 30 minutes each session. i decided to take a rest because i think i am fatigued now as a result of over training in the early parts of my program. plus, no weights to add yet
