First workout with Surge Workout Fuel. Used 10oz even though suggested size is 20oz. (At $50 a tub, I'll see if I get results with 10oz first.)
I'm not going to lie, I expected much more, but then again I expected too much.
I feel much more clear headed, and like I'm capable of doing cardio right now, and that is a first. I blazed through that workout with very short rest periods. My muscles feel worked, but I feel like I could have done more volume, not necessarily more weight. (I feel that at this point I respond to low volume and heavy weight well, not trying to fix what isn't broken.)
It may be placebo. Lets wait until heavy back day and see what's up.
I'll be at my mothers the rest of the week. Not sure if I'm going to lift at the awesome dungeon again, or with my buddy at his fitness center. Depending on that I will either try spike or the surge again. (I'm getting really excited about mixing the two though and beating myself into the ground with deads in a couple weeks.)
I give it a 4 on taste scale, but I think it's something you can grow to love. Way sweet after taste.
