I was traveling for work last week, and ended up sick as hell because I went out drinking in NYC until 2am, and had to work the next day everynight. lol

Got some sort of shoulders in on Monday at a club, that if I told you how much it cost to join you would believe me. They don't like my type there, so needless to say I didn't have the best of workout.
