today is chest day:
warm up( usually walking around talking to people:))...i put on my mp3 player and go to work...
dips(un weighted) 2x15 1xfailure
incline bench.45-20,135-15,185-12,215-8,215-8,185-10,12
flat dumbell:75-15,85-12,95-8
pullovers:3x85-12
incline hammer-255-3x12
seated cable crossovers:70-12-15 3x

then i go home and drink 40gms whey-5 gms creatine,around60gms simple carbs.

then i shower and go back to the gym to go to work....
