Hello, everyone, hope you're all doing great.
So I've been in this forum for almost a month now. Thought I'd start posting my own log to keep track of things so here it is.
I'll be updating this whenever I can.
A little about my fitness regime:
I enjoy running more than anything else, so most days when I get to squeeze in a physical activity, I would normally go our for a run. Other days, I do strength training, weight lifting. Not that big on weight lifting as I'm a woman, but I'm kind of considering giving PL a try.. whichever works best. But for now I'll be posting on what I normally do during my workouts. As for my diet, I go for 1800 on off days and 2000 when I hit a workout, low carb and high protein. I also stay away from refined carbs as much as possible so there's that.
My goal this year is to continually drop some weight and body fat, then build some muscle eventually.
Stats: Female, 171cm, 78.2kg as of Oct 31
