OBSERVATIONS:
Having now moved to Bangladesh for my humanitarian posting, it has taken some time to prepare, move, and
then settle
into the country, especially what with contracting food poison and then stints of diahorrea and vomiting (which is
all too common when one travels to a developing country).
In any event, I am glad to be posting again, and I really can sense that this exercise progression has become a
formidable habit that I've been drawn back to my logbook. I'm so thankful that I have this logbook to be able to
know where I left off.
I'm gradually getting a routine for my work and spare time, so I do need to be flexible with the amount of time I
put into the exercise at first. My most important goal is to ensure that I build up my daily consistency
of exercising - even if it is 30min walking.
