Notes: Took it easy...first day back in forever. Nothing remotely near failure....started feeling some nice resistance towards the end of the last sets. I'm sure I will feel it tomorrow.

I've slowly been bringing up cal intake and eating better food. I'll be taking a Sam's trip tonight...

Notes: DOMS all over the place from last workout...unreal. I'm sure it will be the same thing tomorrow. Easy pull day....maybe should have been a tad lighter on the BOR's. I'll probably start adding sets in the following workouts...and dropping reps slightly.

Diet has improved greatly....eating better, and I'm taking all supplements again. Actually feel bloated today (blame it on the footlong meatball)....not used to eating like this....been a while.

I am hoping to be close to where I was in a couple months. And I'd like to be back in the uppers 190's by mid year.....

Notes: Nothing crazy....moving up a tad. Everything feels real comfortable...no shoulder or back pain. My foot has been hurting like a mother all day though...didn't know if I was going to squat....pain went away when I drank my pre workout shake. :wink:

Diet is where it should be for now...slowly adding calories.

Can't wait for a full workout....these 30 min quickies leave me feeling cheated.

I had a funky pain in my right hand ring finger. I had surgery on it 6 years ago to reattach a ligament....wonder if it's stressed from handling weights again.

Notes: Workout was mid day....didn't think it would amount to much. Diet was lacking this morning....but wow was today awesome.

Squat - Slowly moving back up...legs feel great, and no back issues.
BP - Bench feels better than it ever has...been watching some Tate videos again. 195 went up easy....both reps....wanted a 3rd, but thought better of it. Pressing more than body weight again....no shoulder twinges either....woot!
MP - Uh....wtf? I made these my bitch today...10 lbs away from a PR.
Lat Raise - Changed form a little....leaning forward a tad more. Much better. F you 20 lbs.....you won't be here long....lol

Notes: The higher volume on pulldowns and BOR's feels really good compared to what I was doing months ago. I did start tasting tuna and seeing stars on the last set of BOR's though....nice.

Notes: My workload has become insane...up before sun up and home right at dark....and work is heavier than normal. And on top of that I am working in a 3 story house this week....so lets say 400 9" step ups with 50 lbs on my shoulder...for 3 days straight....lol. I should have eaten way more than my normal diet today....I was exhausted by 3:00. I even grabbed the largest candy bar on the way home, 2 double espressos, and a full scoop of carbs in the preworkout shake....still zonked. Good day to keep the weight light.

Now what's for dinner?
