Basically I'm doing Starting Strength, I want to take advantage of my ability to put on a fair bit of muscle as a novice right now. I'll do the program till it stops working for me, after which I'll probably focus on cardio (HIIT) with a bit of strength training to lose some fat. For now though, it's just SS. Am currently doing the SS program, when I learn to power clean I'll switch to the proper SS program.

Weight: 89 or so kg
%BF: 27.5 (according to my scales, dunno how accurate they are.)

Weight: forgot today, last time I measured it was 89kg at 27%BF
Squat: 67.5kg
Bench Press: 62.5kg
Chin Ups: 5/2/2
Switched to the practical programming program today, mostly because I can't power clean without destroying my floor. Chin ups are way harder than I remember them being, all sets to failure and didn't count incomplete reps. Squat and Bench were good, will progress as normal.
