Hello, everyone, hope you're all doing great.

So I've been in this forum for almost a month now. Thought I'd start posting my own log to keep track of things so here it is.

I'll be updating this whenever I can.

A little about my fitness regime:

I enjoy running more than anything else, so most days when I get to squeeze in a physical activity, I would normally go our for a run. Other days, I do strength training, weight lifting. Not that big on weight lifting as I'm a woman, but I'm kind of considering giving PL a try.. whichever works best. But for now I'll be posting on what I normally do during my workouts. As for my diet, I go for 1800 on off days and 2000 when I hit a workout, low carb and high protein. I also stay away from refined carbs as much as possible so there's that.

My goal this year is to continually drop some weight and body fat, then build some muscle eventually.

Stats: Female, 171cm, 78.2kg as of Oct 31

Went out for a quick run today then went straight to the gym.

Did back today, workout routine as follows:

4x15 wide grip lat pull down - 25lbs add 10 after every set
4x15 close grip lat pull down - 25lbs add 10 after every set
4x15 underhand cable pull down - 25lbs add 10 after every set
4x15 bent over barbell row - 20, 20, 25, 25
4x15 one arm dumbbell row - 8, 8, 10, 10
4x15 seated cable row - 25lbs add 10 after every set

10 minutes jump rope
3 sets, 5 minutes burpees
3 sets, 5 minutes minutes jumping jacks
20x4 wall balls
20x4 tuck jumps
20x4 mountain climbers
20x4 squat jumps
20x4 high knees
20x4 plank jacks
20x4 skater plyos

Today's workout:

25 minute run on treadmill
15x3 10lb dumbbell alt bicep curls
15x3 10lb pushup rows
15x3 10lb triceps kickbacks
15x3 10lb bent over barbell rows
15x3 10lbs shoulder overhead press
15x3 20lb triceps pushdown
15x3 bench dips

Also, I've been doing some research on pre/post workouts lately. Will soon post the ones that I find and I hope to hear what you guys think.
