20 years old, 5'9", 194 lbs
my sob story: so about two years ago, I was involved in a car accident that left me with a torn left ACL, half-torn left meniscus, a fractured left shoulder and rotator cuff. because of hectic schooling (it was around the time of college entrance), I did not vouch for surgery until August 2010. The surgery was done on the 27th of August so its been roughly 6 months thus far. I've done moderate to little real exercise in the elapsed time, and this is not including the rehab stuff the doctor forced me to do.
unfortunately, before my accident i did not film much of my workouts so this is one of possibly three videos i have filmed. it was filmed in 2008.
this was filmed somewhere in December of 2010, 3-4 months after my surgeries.
although i'm no stranger to weightlifting, much of the motivation, the anger, the passion, and the drive is lost :(
i'm scared to squat because of my knee and shoulder, and even more scared of the bench, but we'll see...
i'm going to try and record and log everything i do instead of just keeping numbers in my head. hopefully this will ignite me to get back into fitness again. D:
