Alright with the help of you guys I made a new routine and I'm going to try and stick to it hardcore starting with this week :)

DAY 1 today!

upper body shizz

Sets x Reps kg

Face Pull 5x8 27.5
Tricep Pullover 5x8 20
Bench Press 2x5 70
1x4 60
Military Press 4x5 40
1x3 40
Bent Over Rows 3x5 60
Cleans 1x5 50
Pullups 3x5
Bicep Curls 3x5 15
Dumbbell Shrugs 3x10 60
