Dropping bench press due to waste of time and energy. Already seen growth in chest and triceps from doing dips and they dont cause shoulder problems.

I forgot to write up last weeks workouts but it doesnt matter since nothing happened while recovering...

I have to admit now... high rep deadlifts are beating the sh*t out of me and its affecting chin-up strength and overall performance in following workouts.
