Simply no performance and getting small aches in joints and muscles... Another factor that i may have misjudged was weed. When training was going great i was smoking every time before bed and sleeping like a baby.

Saturday:
Was bored and did some light arm work and rows and as usual extra workouts just give more joint pain

Monday:
hb squat
120x3
100x8
80x10

Deadlift
5x3x150

Db bench
3x8x30

some light rows

Getting cramps in upper back while squatting and lats feel quite bad like they are inflamed. Back is definitely overworked to death... smoking is helping ALOT but i need to take it easy for few workouts.

Left bicep, tricep, elbow hurting and both lats feel like $h1t. Starting to hurt to squeeze fingers into fist so its the usual f*cking sh*t from low bar squat. Nice inflammation always refreshes memory on why im not doing low bar squats

Friday finally had massage and shoulders were tight as hell all over. Nothing wrong in lats it was just shoulders and arms

Low bar squat
2x3x120
putting my palms over the bar and not gripping the bar but its too damn unstable

Tried a few sets with different positions and somewhere in middle between high and low bar position it felt quite good i still had power out of hole and weight was not on arms

"Mid bar" squat
100x8, 8, 8, 7, 7

Dips and chins supersetted

Deadlift
3x3x160

Hammer curls

Wrist wraps for dip and straps for pulldown and pain was bearable for a decent workout although left arm went almost numb from elbow to fingers while doing pulldown

Pain in lower back while standing and walking and hip flexor stretches hurt quite abit at lower back area so i guess psoas. Last weeks adventures into training lower body more often offering a nice doze of f*ck you.

Arms feel good again! During weekend i used a gel that burns up the area quite roughly and it helped alot. Several old timers at my gym use similar but stronger gel that burns the problem area and they all say it works really well.
Now that arms are good again i can spend tomorrows massage on quads and hip flexors and im good to go again.
