I wanted to ask 3 questions with the intent on reaching to the trainer who really wants their client to get long term results which will lead to referrals.
Could you share why applying the "S.M.A.R.T" or "F.I.T.T"principles is important to program design?
What would you rather invest in... learning how to do a "movement screens" while developing skills on how to interpret results or just invest in learning as many exercises as possible?
Is there more value in your personal training service when you can help a client reach their goals PLUS improve other deficiencies discovered in "movement screen" e.g. limited thoracic mobility, poor hamstring flexibility. Or is the value in just making them "sweat" without seeing tangible results.
