Good day,

It's been a while since I posted on my favorite website so I wanted to post one of my latest videos called "Advanced Functional Training for 90year + Athletes". Yes, the man in the video is over 90 years young.

The point I am trying to get across to certified trainers that movement in all anatomical planses of motion is part of the formula to optimize human performance regardless of the age.

Movement impairments ( no structural/skeletal issues just muscle reciprical inhibition) such as an inability to squat below parallel or kyphosis can be seen in a 15 year teenager who plays PS3 3 hours + per day, stares at his iPhone most of the day and sits for most of the day. Chances are when he starts working out, he will only focus on "mirror muscles"...abs, traps, biceps, chest etc. Basically exercising on dysfunction.

The good news is that we can re-learn movement at any age. I highly suggest deepening your knowledge on fitness assessments based on musclo-skeletal asymmetries along with flexibility and the basics.

The data from the assessment will be the blueprint on how to optimize your client's human performance.

This is really interesting to me. I'm not over 90 yet, but I hope to still be lifting when I am. My father lived to 94, my mom into her late 80s, and a couple of my grandparents lived into their 90s, so I think it's possible for me, too. I didn't see that you posted a link to the video--did you just forget? Unfortunately, I can't see YouTube, so I may ask a favor to have you send me the video another way. Are you willing to?

Unfortunately, I couldn't get your website to load, either.

Good day,

I am not sure if my website is blocked in your country? The link works for me www.fitnessfoundry.net
http://www.fitnessfoundry.net

This video is live on my site but maybe because it's part of YouTube you won't be able to see it.

I have uploaded to other sites such as fitconnect.com ...
http://www.fitconnect.com/fitness-video ... undry-1053

Other than that I do not know how is to share.

It's probably your proxy blocking it, Doc.

Yeah, probably, IM, but it brings up a different screen than we usually get.

Julio, I know how, I'm just asking if you are willing, cause it would be a bit of bother for you. You would need to PM me an email address, and the website Dropbox would send you a request for you to "join" a folder in my account. Then you could put the vid there, and I would get it.
