So I wanted to start this thread because I find that this topic lacks necessary resources. I recently got contacted by a hypermobile client with a goal of getting stronger and I'd love to know as much as I can about things I should take into consideration while training her. Please share your knowledge guys. I'll keep posting my experience as well.
