i was injured a few years ago on a job falling threw a roof. 2 years later a sneezed and couldn't stand on my leg. sharp pain inthe lower back. Now its as been a year and it's back, sciatica is a pinch in the sciatic nerve. This make it really hard to work my abdonimals, it also makes it hard to work the hip and lower body in general, and sometime even walking is difficult. what exercise could i do to keep up the good work on my abs and legs, without forcing on the lower back too much, should i concentrate on upper body and hope the nerve places itself or simply not do any activities at all. wouldn't that ruin the rest of my health and progress?
