On the mechanics of exercise page of EXRX regarding components of force it shows three different angles. My kinesiology book has the same pictures yet the angles are reversed. For example on the EXRX page, it shows the stabilizing componennt at >90 and my book shows that angle to be <90. The dislocating components are reversed too. I think the website page is correct and the book is wrong. Any kinesiology or physics specialists in the group?
