Is the exercises analysis on your web site (Target mus.| synergists| Dynamic Stabilizers| stabilizers) conformed to the ACE and ACSM's studies?

Should i know the Dynamic Stabilizers in any exercise?

ASCM is listed in the references for this site.

Are you studying for a certification?

I'm not sure we can answer your questions - we're just posters on the forums, not the people who run the site. They don't frequent these forums.

If you're thinking of a certification, I'd research it and then buy or borrow a copy of the book they base the test on. That's what I did for my NSCA-CPT. I didn't refer to this site at all because they asked about slightly different information than EXRX had posted.

I agree with pdellorto - learn the accreditation text book inside out and you'll be fine.

I'd study it and then purchase or scrounge a exact duplicate of the publication they groundwork the check on. That's what I did for my NSCA-CPT. I didn't mention to this location at all because they inquired about somewhat distinct data than EXRX had posted.

Isn't that sortta what Peter said? It sounds strangely like his post was translated to another language by an internet site, then then translated back again.

I noticed that he did this on another post. Check his profile, he's done it several times. Ironman has been removing the spam links that he was including.
