Resistance training has it's place, and it is preparatory to bone conditioning, as if you are weak, you'll take shock wrong.
The gladiators were vegetarian, and their bones were beastly, and it was because the relevant micronutrient is strontium, not calcium. Casein is not exactly the greatest protein for humans, either.
Salad then cardio then landing drills then hypertrophy exercises then fish? Mmm, mmm, good.
Could you perhaps suggest a link to a source for a good strontium supplement? And maybe for a better protein than casein? We'd all be soooo grateful.
