Hello Everybody :salute:

I have a Plantar fasciitis under my right foot since 3 months.
Do you know some exercises that can help me?

Greets

it'll hurt, but get yourself a lacrosse ball and roll your foot around on it. Ouch! You'll feel better after though

Stretching (both PF and calf), anti-inflammatories, ice, ice alternating with heat. More stretching. Night splints--you'll have to see a doctor or a PT for this.

There are no resistance exercises that I know of that would help this.

Hi
I am dealing with plantar fasciitis for more than a year now and my case was very painful in the beginning. I decided not to agree to any invasive kind of treatment because there are many things you can do to treat your PF although I understood that treatment efficiency is very individual.
When I started my plantar fasciitis treatment at the beginning I took a complete rest and gradually started walking and running. I also took my running energy into swimming and riding to complete my cardio exercise routine. I have found taping very useful. I think that arch support has made my PF condition worse - the pain has moved also to my arches but there are many people who wan't move without it.
I think that the foot strength and stretching exercises has made a big difference for me. I have found a very good website page about foot strength exercises in plantar-fasciitis-elrofeet, But I started the strengthening only after I felt much better with the pain.
I think that I can say today that I am completely over my PF - almost no pain at all.
Take care & Good luck

Another first time poster answered by another first time poster, linking to a website.

I'm just paranoid.

EDIT: Why don't we just have a forum something like "Websites people are pushing" where these folks could drop the subterfuge and just say, "Hi please read my website on plantar fasciitis it is at...."

we should ignore all first time posters who post new threads
Or not allow them new threads.

Have them start with their 5th thread?

I assume he meant allow only replies for some period.

But that works against legitimate users, who lurk for awhile and then make an account specifically to ask a question.

Its an endless battle and a thankless chore to keep this forum spam free. I have always been impressed at how effective the efforts of the moderators are.
