When I do cardio, I do 1 min sprint then 1 min walk.
1 Minute Sprint
A one minute sprint is more of an illusion.
In a true sprint, you tapped out in about 12 seconds.
After that you speed drops like a rock.
In twenty to thirty seconds, you speed drops again.
30 -60 Seconds
You hang on while you speed dwindles.
Currently Im doing them at 8.5mph then 3.5mph. The goal is get up to 10mph and then increase the incline. This is basically my version of HIIT. It is somewhat effective.
Is this an efficient way of doing cardio?
Is there anything I should change?Work-Recovery
1) Work: Sprint Time 12-20 seconds.
2) Recovery: Walks 1-2 minutes.
This is a method that works...
