VO2 Peak is a term not used on ExRx.net that I can find. Here's an article that describes the difference between the two terms. http://www.fitdirectory.ca/media/attach ... al%202.pdf
The bottom line is that VO2 Peak is the maximum attained during the test, regardless of effort. VO2 Max is the maximum attainable for that individual.
