Hy!! First let me intoduce my self. My name is Vjeran, age 26, major student on University of Zagreb (Croatia),Faculty of Kinesiology and I am working as a privet conditioning coach with Soccer players, and I am also a Judo coach, (director of Judo school). Now let me ask a question: what do you think about developing speed endurance immediately, after developing the Speed, I mean in the same training?? For example first I doo the SAQ, and immediately after that, Speed endurance.
