pausing when you thighs are parallel pause and hold for 4 seconds
is this correct

I've never heard of a Roman Chair Squat, so I did a Google search. I came up with this link. Hope it helps.

You should go at least to parallel. Most of the benifit comes from squating deep for this exercise.

This exercise removes the posterier chain from the exercise. Make sure you incorporate adequate hamstring exercises.

I couldn't find this exercise on exrx.

thanks for the help obscure is my middle name...lol
i do dead lifts and full squats also i just through a version of this in when i dont do reps just a squat and hold
