The above link is for reference.
Fairly recently (last 2 months) I have had moderate pain in my inner elbow area. I am linking the injury to the Brachialis, especially the muscle under the Brachioradialis. However, I am not ruling out tendonitis. Doing push excersices does not hurt the area, but pulls can make the area tender, and raw. Rotating the forearm from left to right is painful as well. Any ideas on what I should do? Any excercises that I should perform that would allow me to work out my back and arms without the pain? I would like to minimize this injury as much as possible, while healing it fully concurrently, if I could. Needing to take off a few months for recovery is not something I relish. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.
Have you tried using hooks for your back workout, for example:

If its something at the joint working your grip to exhaustion could be causing the tenderness. With the hooks you don't have to squeeze as tight for back exercises or rows and there's less pressure on the elbow. Just an idea.
