WHICH conditions that are best served by a pre-habilitation exercise program and those conditions that are best served by post-rehabilitation program.

Bruce, your questions look like something that might appear on a test. I assume that means that you have a textbook somewhere in which you can find the answers. I'm sure the answers are easily available with a google search. If I'm wrong, can you be more specific as to why you are interested in this information?
