My main training goal has always been bodybuilding. I could care less if chubby charles or egg shaped eddie can squat more than me. I am simply doing it for the looks.
But I mainly want to post just want to encourage you from one skinny-fat dude to another.
Thanks for the support. I have accually been down at around 180lbs, I was starting develop my 6 pack back then. BUT I messed up with the dieting, I didn't exercise enough and I ate bad so it came back over a period of months... all a big learning experiance.
This time I am writing it on here as a reference for me and possibly others who might be lost at what to do for dieting and exercise.
