Which way of exercise is better for building more muscle? Ive bin doing low rep exercises for a while now and im worried if i was wasting it all and thinking i was building more muscle. Low reps exercises are r best for strength.

Someone posted this (to me maybe?) elsewhere before, you should take a read through, it boils down (I think,) to

8 or fewer = strength
8-10, maybe as many as 12 = size
more than 10 = muscle endurance,

why would you want muscle size without strength anyway? it's much cooler to be able to lift heavy $h1t, though perhaps sometimes 'girlies' (as Mog would say) don't understand that.
