trying out a new routine

bb squat
1x10x75
2x10x95

3x10x75 rdl

bench press
1x10x65
2x10x82.5 <stalled> this was supposed to be 3x10 followed by 3x10 seated db press but got too tired. plus, it's very late again. it's almost midnight. i'll continue the rest of the set tomorrow if my muscles ain't sore

-- i just read this post and my statements made little sense -- i guess i was really tired that night --

man, it's really getting hotter nowadays. it's really getting harder to work out.

2x10x75 bent over row
1x10x40 seated db press
2x10x50 seated db press
1x10x10 bb curls
1x10x15 bb curls
1x10x20 bb curls

man, that 50# seated db press is harder than the 55# standing bb press
