May be it is ture that there is diffrences between Wide grip military press
and narrow military press[Normal military press]
Is it true that doing Normal military press hits more triceps than Wide grip Press?
And doing wide press hits more deltoids than normal press?

A wide-grip shortens your range of motion. It also increases the tendancy to lean back excessively, turning a Military Press into some kind of funky standing Incline Press. Needless to say this can be pretty dangerous.

When you use a wide-grip, you don't have to move the bar as far. Just try it with an empty bar and you'll understand.

No, wide-grip military presses aren't safer or more effective, and a very narrow grip isn't ideal either. Just use a medium grip like you would for a clean. It should feel comfortable and natural.

It's basic geometry. The wider the grip, the shorter the distance from the top of the movement to the bottom, therefore a shortened range of motion.
