Currently I am bulking, I don't think I am trying to get ketogenic but I'm not quite sure what that is ( a quick search makes it sound like a cutting diet). Roughly all of my carbs come from whole grain bread, grapes, milk (in coffee), and red beans. How would adding peanuts be?
