Incline Bench Press, DB Incline Bench Press, Close grip bench presses, DB Bench
Pullups( various grips), Pulldowns
Chest Supp Rows, bent over Rows, DB Rows, Seated Cable Rows
Military press, behind the neck press, DB Shoulder press,Side/Front/Rear raises
I would also do a lot of Medicine ball work throwing in all possibles ways; overhead forward/backward, swinging sideways, kneeling throwing into the ground, chest passes etc.
I would do 1-2 sessions of the above weight exercises and then 1-2 sessions of medicine ball work.
