).....lol. I am amazed at my energy levels....I was worried that cutting my carbs down (eliminating any breads, potatoes, pasta, etc) would leave me easily tired....but not the case. I guess all the fruits and veggies are working. I've also changed things up a bit...due to the talk of reps and sets lately. I have dropped reps down.....and I seem to have more left for the heavier sets.
