Are there any safe and effective supplements for counteracting reduced testosterone from aging? If so, what are they?

What about foods to address the same problem?

Why is it the majority of society still believes that aerobic exercise and a low fat diet is the only key to a healthy lifestyle? Why haven't a lot of health experts begun to recognize and accept anything different?

What's your take on protein consumption both minimal and optimal?
How much protein can a person use at one time and how much does it vary by the size of the person?
What would you say is the most important food people don't usually eat?

For example, weak low back, knee injuries, flexibility deficit, etc.
