lol certain foods don't go to certain areas, when you gain weight, it usually is in the gut or thighs but it really depends on genetics.
And as for toxins, or free-radicals (im not sure if there the same) are mostly caused by breathing in oxygen. And the antioxidants in the fruits and veggies fix it. lol i dont feel like explaining. |

| Burned food is full of oxidants. Pay attention to how you feel - it's easy to know when food is toxic - you'll feel horrible ~2-5 hours later. |
