Hi guys, i am very thin and i want to gain some weight. Are there any proved ways to gain some weight? if you have ,please tell me guys.Your reply will be welcomed.

Ya man i used to eat too much..But can you please tell me specific foods for getting fat?

For getting fat? Sure, that's easy.

Cake
Donuts
Potatoes, lots of potatoes with lots of gravy and butter
Rice
Cereal
bread
candy, lots of candy
soft drinks, not diet

And stop exercising altogether.
