i'm 5'2" and weigh 135 lb. i have a 90day bet that i can't be lean and cut up. so i need your help to win this bet
here my diet any suggestion what to change?

breakfast
1cup of oak meal with 1/4 cup pasteurize egg whits

snake
protein shake
fruit

lunch
boil boneless chicken breast or tuna with romaine lettuce/veggie


snake
protein shake

post work out
protein shake

dinner
beef with veggie

Have your carbs after your workout. You don't need cereal for breakfast. Eat whole eggs for breakfast. Add fish oil capsules with each meal. Use olive oil dressing on the lunch salad.

What's the time frame for your bet?

You won't be able to sustain a diet like that for 90 days. You need more variety. Plan carb refeed meals.

do you mean its not a good idea to do that diet for 90 days or that i wont be able to keep up with that diet? Something to know about me. i'm not a picky eater and can eat the same thing everyday.

I agree about the whole eggs. Looks like you are trying to do low fat, as well as low carb. Most of the folks on this forum advocate no more than moderate fat reduction. Eggs are an excellent food.

Doing the same diet for that long will leave gaps in your nutrition. Have a variety of meat fish and eggs, a variety of vegetables and combine them in different ways using a variety of spices and herbs. Like Doc said, and as I was hinting at first you need fat in your diet. Use natural fats like butter, cream, cheese, coconut, olive oil, animal fats, egg yolks, etc.

particularly egg whites - each one has like 6 grams of high quality protein, with not an ounce of fat. its made up of different types of protein that make it so unique. 1 liquid egg white shake and you've got 7 egg whites down the hatch in one go!

and when i feel snaking a bit more i'm going to eat 1/4 c cottage chess and spoon of natural peanut-butter. and add eggs to my lunch and dinner. sound like a good idea?
